Ashley brings a love for connecting with people and a passion for making every patient’s experience a positive one at Falls Hearing Center. With years of experience as a parent coordinator and office assistant at Care Connection, she has always enjoyed working in office settings, helping families, and meeting new people.

For Ashley, joining Falls Hearing Center felt like coming home. “I love being able to meet and talk to new people and seeing the smile on their face when they leave our office,” she shares. “Our patients make my day, and our staff feels like family.” Helping people experience the joy of hearing again is what makes her role so fulfilling.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Married for 22 years, she’s a proud mom to two amazing daughters and a wonderful stepson. In the summer, you’ll find her swimming or working outdoors, making the most of the sunshine.
