Gabriella Pentecost is a patient care coordinator at Falls Hearing Center where she enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

With more than 20 years of experience in administration, customer service, office management, and retail leadership, Gabriella is dedicated to creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

Her diverse professional background includes supporting child welfare services with the Florida Department of Children and Families, contract administration, employee training, and managing confidential records. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service ensure patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Gabriella joined Falls Hearing Center seeking a role where she could continue growing while using her extensive administrative experience to make a difference. Currently, she is undergoing training to become our newest audiology technician while she continues building relationships with patients, learning their stories, and helping ensure every visit runs smoothly. Gabriella values the supportive team environment at Falls Hearing Center and takes pride in helping the office operate efficiently each day.

Originally from Florida, Gabriella and her family relocated to Southwest Virginia in 2023 to enjoy the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. She and her husband have three children, two dogs, and a pair of energetic Nigerian goats. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring waterfalls and parks, attending church, and spending quality time with her family.
